Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SpaceDoc application and the SpaceDoc AI subscription service.

1. The service

SpaceDoc AI provides metered access to AI model inference through SpaceDoc's relay. Your plan includes a monthly usage allowance; when it is exhausted, service pauses until the next monthly reset. Usage never incurs charges beyond your subscription price.

2. Accounts and credentials

Your subscription is linked to a credential stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping it private. We may revoke credentials that are shared, resold, or used for abuse.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or circumvent usage limits. AI-generated content may contain errors; verify important results.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

Your vault stays on your device. Content you submit to agent operations is processed by our inference providers to produce results and is not used to train models.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
