What we store

For SpaceDoc AI subscribers: your email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and an encrypted copy of your service credential. Payment card details are held by Stripe, never by us.

What we meter

Per-request usage cost in dollars, recorded against your credential to enforce your monthly allowance. We do not store the content of your requests on the billing path.

What stays local

Your vault — notes, spaces, attachments — lives on your device. Agent operations send the relevant excerpts to our inference providers to produce a result; they are not retained by us.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), our inference providers (Anthropic, xAI, and OpenAI — each receives only the requests you route to its models), and our hosting provider (relay infrastructure). Each receives only what its role requires.

Your choices

Cancel any time via the billing portal. To delete your account data, contact us; we remove the mapping and revoke the credential.
