What we store

For SpaceDoc AI subscribers: your email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and an encrypted copy of your service credential. Payment card details are held by Stripe, never by us. When you sign in, we store a hashed one-time code for up to ten minutes. For rate limiting and abuse prevention we keep short-lived counters keyed by IP address and email address.

What we meter

Per-request usage: the model used, token counts, and cost in dollars, recorded against your credential to enforce your monthly allowance and kept for 90 days. We do not store the content of your requests or the model's responses — the relay passes them through and retains only those counts.

What stays local

Your vault — notes, spaces, attachments — lives on your device. Agent operations send only the relevant excerpts (and, for web-search steps, your search queries) to the AI providers described below to produce a result.

Where your requests go

Each request is sent to a third-party AI provider — the operator of the model serving your request — under our business agreements with them, which act as our data processors. Chat, agent operations, and web-search steps go to our AI inference provider; image generation goes to a separate AI image provider. Our providers do not use your requests to train models. Each keeps request logs for a short period for abuse and safety monitoring — currently up to 30 days — after which they are deleted.

Other third parties

Stripe (payments and the billing portal), Resend (delivers sign-in emails; receives mail you send to our support address), and Amazon Web Services (hosts the relay and account service in the United States). Each receives only what its role requires.

Your choices

Cancel any time via the billing portal. To delete your account data, email contact@spacedoc.ai; we remove the mapping and revoke the credential. Usage counts age out on their own within 90 days.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
